WARAKU

Waraku is a Japanese art based upon the earliest understanding of body spiral movements, rhythmic breathing and the accompanying sounds of Kotodama. These movements and their related sounds are believed to generate energy and harmony in one's body, mind and surroundings.
Based on ancient Shinto practices, Waraku is the developed art of Hiramasa Maeda Sensei who is a current member of the Shinto community and also a former Karate champion. His teachings focus on the intrinsic motions of body, techniques of Hachiriki, Hachiken and and the original eight sounds of Kotodama in order to create balance and peace in students.

KI - BUDO

Hannyo Shingyo - The Heart Sutra, one of the most important sutras in Mahayana Buddhism.
Katsugen - Spontaneous corrective movement.
Gyo-Ki -Direct experience of Ki or internal movement.Gyo-Ki is moving beyond form letting the Ki flow naturally,moving meditation.
Qi-Gong - An ancient Chinese system of physical posture and focused breathing techniques.
Cosmic Orbit Qi-Gong - Breathing techniques and Dragon body posture.
Zazen Meditation - Seated meditation techniques.
Sumo Kenko Taiso - Hara training techniques.
Sei-Ki Soho - Body work developed by the late Japanese Master Akinobu Kishi now continued by Sensei Kyoko Kishi.
